1. 7-Day Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct refunds to original payment methods. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly offer exchanges for store credit or an alternate piece of equal value within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. Condition of Items for Exchange
To maintain our standard of elegance and hygiene, your item must be in the exact condition you received it. The garment must be strictly unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original Kabat Collection tags securely attached. Any items returned with signs of wear, makeup stains, or odors will be rejected.
3. Shipping & Handling Fees
Original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. If you choose to exchange an item, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to send the item back to our boutique. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in our impeccable tailoring, but if your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the damage and the shipping box, and we will arrange a replacement of the exact same item at no additional cost to you.
5. How to Initiate an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact our support team at kabatcollection@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your exchange or store credit.
